PHYSICAL THERAPIST - FULL TIME

 

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team and will be working in our Barkley Village location (located in Anytime Fitness Gym). This is a fee for service position. In this role, you will have the full autonomy to manage your schedule and provide exceptional care to patients with musculoskeletal conditions. This position is ideal for therapists seeking flexibility and independence in their practice. 

 

Weekly didactics or skills training are provided plus fostering advanced clinical skills to continue learning while you work. Our clinic is equipped with a VALD dynamometer system, force plates, and advanced testing protocols to objectively measure strength, progress, and return-to-sport readiness.

Position Highlights

• One-on-one, 45-60-minute appointments (average: 7-8 patients per day)

• Patient population: athletes, active adults, outdoor enthusiasts

• New grads are welcome to apply and mentorship will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based orthopedic and sports rehab

• Integrate VALD dynamometer assessments and force plate testing into patient care and return-to-sport decisions.

• Create individualized return-to-play and performance-based programs for athletes, weekend warriors, and active patients.

• Collaborate with physicians, coaches, and local trainers to deliver a full continuum of care.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required

• 2+ years of outpatient orthopedic/sports experience preferred but new grads welcome with mentorship!

• Licensed or eligible for WA State Physical Therapy License

• Competency in Shoulder Rehabilitation and ACL Rehabilitation are preferred

• Strong interest in working with performance-based rehabilitation

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills​
